Having been through it all in her lifetime from childhood trauma to health battles to divorce and #singlelife, Heather knows all too well how the every day can turn into a repetitive cycle leaving you to wonder, "What the F*CK happened?".
Having taught yoga for the last nine years has helped her tremendously navigate life as a mom, corporate business career slayer and overall human being.
Her anxiety and panic attacks disappeared!
Over the last few years, Heather started teaching yoga internationally and fell in love. She is thrilled to put something like this together for you to experience the exhilaration and energy that naturally shifts you in to becoming a relaxed, receiving visionary and creator!

Having healed herself from debilitating health crisis with holistic and ancient treatments, she has been guiding a community more in doing the same. Getting There
We will be located in the surf town Santa Teresa,
one of Costa Rica’s favorite beach communities and one of the world's five "Blue Zones".
Known for its "off the beaten path" vibe, it attracts international travelers to the authentic Costa Rican feel that is alive, raw and vibrant.
Note: Your round trip airfare and transfers to / from Santa Teresa are not included in the price.
You can fly in to SJO or LIR. Please book travel for 11/10/24 and you can choose to extend your trip. Depart 11/16/24 - book an afternoon flight.
The fastest way to get to Santa Teresa is by Domestic Flight though Tico Trips for you once you have your flight schedule.
If you would like to book additional nights, you can work with Tico Trips for your stay, car rentals and excursions.

This retreat is designed for people who are ready to immerse in Costa Rica, and be open to the variety of experiences that only this environment can give you.
You'll be in an area of the country that is world famous for its vibe, beaches, food and so much more.
It is not a commercialized town with franchises and Americanized stores or restaurants. Everyone speaks English and Spanish, with many nationalities and travelers who visit or live there now.
It's a relaxed atmosphere so please don't feel like you need to pack anything fancy. You'll spent most of your time in flip-flops.
Additionally, this retreat will ask you to open your hearts with your minds. We will be doing a great deal of inner work and your body may be asked to move in different ways. You are completely safe and held in our little tribe.
This retreat gives you our all, with the gifts of our environment. Yoga is a small portion of what lies ahead of you. While yoga, meditation and breath-work will be offered 1-2 times a day, this is not a retreat for those who are only looking for Yoga Asanas only.

There is a strict no refund policy on all retreat payments.
However, should you be unable to attend your reservation is transferable.

Please make sure your passport is current and extends more than six months past the return date of your trip.

Post-Registration:
I will contact you directly to discuss your goals for the trip.
A one-hour 1:1 session with me is part of your registration so we can go over any questions you have about any personal development goals and more.
I'll also make sure you have everything you need to book your travel correctly.
We will be communicating a lot!
I recommend reading some books prior to arrival: BEQOMING, The Quest, The Power of Now, The Four Agreements.
You'll receive a welcome basket as a thank you with some nice goodies inside.
Prior to departure, I'll send you a packing list. It's best to try and only pack for a carry-on!
